a beautiful day, beyond the dream

imagine 1 day
this beautiful day .. we no longer look back
i saw the rainbow in the distance, the break of light , came to me
as i reached for my fallen old book
the page.......enlightened my future
as i wept...for young innocent girls,
no school. no teacher, no desk........no book
my old social studies book....that led me to ...........imagine 1 day.

my imagination is magic this day.
let us give a part of our humanity
to understand and cherish, the right of a young girls education.
the right to have a school, a teacher, to be able to read a book.......
to see the glee in a young girls eye.....promising......
a future, the hope of .another way....

when i opened my old social studies book, years ago.......to that page
i became aware, now it it our time ..................to share.
for the girls of Africa, .....
i believe in my fellow man. we cannot walk away
education..is ...the path.........
we must care. for.........a young girl
who has nothing. let us give her a dream, a book, she can read.
a future, another way.
